Kitesurf INSTRUCTOR — Hvide Sande, Denmark – 2026 Season

Kitesurf Instructor – Seasonal Role (May to Aug/Oct)

Part-time to mid-time position (15–35 hrs/week, weather dependent) with flexible compensation (monthly or hourly + bonuses).

Includes strong benefits: private room, meals, access to wellness facilities (sauna, gym, yoga), use of water sports equipment, occasional car access, and 1 week paid leave.

Requirements: Certified instructor (VDWS or IKO), at least one season of teaching experience, fluent English and German, and EU work eligibility.

Role: Teach kitesurfing (beginner–intermediate), handle safety briefings, organize alternative activities in low-wind conditions, assist guests, and help maintain equipment and shared spaces.

Environment: Small, community-focused surf camp emphasizing a relaxed, nature-oriented lifestyle.
