Kitesurfinstructor Praia de Ofir / Portugal  from  April 2026 onwards

We’re looking for a kitesurf instructor to join our team here in Portugal for the upcoming season! Positions are available from late March through to the end of October. We’re open to both full-season instructors and shorter stays (minimum 4 weeks).

We’re a small, friendly watersports camp with a relaxed atmosphere, great vibes, and an amazing location right by a lagoon and the ocean. Depending on the tide, you’ll find both shallow and deep water conditions, making it a great spot for teaching. Safety is a priority for us, and we provide a rescue boat for every lesson.

We use Eleveight equipment in standard sizes, and in addition to kitesurfing, we also offer wingfoiling and surf camps.

We offer an all-inclusive package for our instructors, which includes accommodation and meals on top of your regular salary.

We’re looking for team players with a hands-on attitude and a valid instructor certification. Lessons are conducted in English or German.
