- Strong passion for watersports with confident skills in kitesurfing, wing foiling, windsurfing and/or surfing
- High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with guests
- You thrive in an international environment and enjoy working with guests from around the world
- Comfortable organizing lesson schedules and keeping guests engaged on light-wind days (SUP, fitness, sports sessions)
- Fun, reliable team player who leads by example
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of 5 instructors and beach staff
- Fast learner who adapts quickly and focuses on solutions
- Calm, focused, and effective under pressure
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality and/or a watersports environment
- Watersports certifications IKO strong advantage
- Sales-oriented mindset with guest-focused upselling skills is a plus
